Meet Our Doctor and Staff

Dr. Crawford is the Founder and President of Advanced Urology Associates of Florida. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Ohio State University and his medical degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his surgery and urologic training at the Medical College of Virginia, where he was made a Fellow of the National Bladder Cancer Project in 1983.

Dr. Crawford received the Dr. Bradley Gaither Memorial Prize for excelling in Genitourinary Surgery from the University of Maryland in 1980. He is a member of numerous distinguished medical societies and has lectured internationally on his specialty interests. Dr. Crawford has been published in numerous medical journals.

Advanced Urology Associates of Florida was founded in 1989 and has served the patients on the Treasure and Space Coasts since that time with offices in Vero and Sebastian. Dr. Crawford has served as President of Indian River Surgery Center as well as Chief of Surgery at Sebastian River Medical Center.

Trained in both Adult and Pediatric Urology, Dr. Crawford has advanced training and expertise to include urinary incontinence, male and female sexual dysfunction, urologic lasers as well as cryosurgery of urologic cancers.

Dr. Crawford is a board certified urologist in adult and pediatric urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
